Pushkala is a seasoned founder and senior executive with decades of experience leading innovation, product strategy, and transformation across healthcare companies. She is deeply committed to empowering the next generation of changemakers through early support and mentorship.
She is the founder of Hellowiz, a purpose-driven platform that connects highly experienced professionals with organizations seeking strategic expertise at all stages of growth. Previously, Pushkala held senior leadership roles at GE Healthcare, Thermo Fisher Scientific, AstraZeneca, and Hillrom, where she helped launch more than 30 medical technology products across 100 countries.
Beyond her professional journey, Pushkala has long invested in social impact initiatives. She has supported access to education for underserved children, partnered with talented women artists in rural India to help preserve traditions and livelihoods, and actively mentors her daughters as they lead a youth-driven nonprofit. These experiences shape her belief that enduring impact is created at the intersection of giving and guiding.
Pushkala holds master’s degrees in chemistry and computer science from the University of Madras (India) and California State University, East Bay, and an MBA from SUNY Albany.
