SBIF provides scholarships at critical moments in a young changemaker's journey—when access to education, training, or leadership development can accelerate both personal growth and community impact.

Our scholarships support undergraduate and graduate degrees, professional certificate programs, leadership institutes, conferences, and other transformational learning experiences that equip emerging leaders to build stronger organizations, expand their influence, and create lasting change.

SBIF provides strategic seed funding to high-potential changemakers and organizations creating meaningful social impact in areas including mental health, human rights, women's empowerment, climate change, poverty, and literacy.

The Soundboard Human Flourishing Awards also support organizations that inspire and develop emerging changemakers through conferences, innovation challenges, and business plan competitions.

Mentorship

We Invest in Leaders

SBIF invests in the growth and leadership of emerging changemakers by connecting them with experienced mentors who provide guidance, encouragement, and real-world wisdom.

Through one-on-one mentoring relationships, cohort-based learning, and the Soundboard Impact Foundation Fellowship Program, participants gain practical leadership skills, expand their global network, and actively contribute to the Foundation's mission. More than a learning experience, the Fellowship empowers young leaders to grow as changemakers while helping shape the future of the Foundation itself.
