Veronica Fey

Veronica Fey has built a career on "making the impossible feel operationally effortless", but her true driving force is a lifelong commitment to service. From her service in the U.S. Army to her environmental stewardship with the NYC Park Rangers and Jones Beach cleanups, Veronica believes in showing up where help is needed most.

Currently a Principal at Soundboard Venture Fund, Veronica approaches finance through a mentorship lens.  She believes that Venture Capital acts as an engine for the American Dream, fostering innovation and shared impact. To make that dream accessible, she drives an internship program that provides critical, practical experience to students entering finance. She is deeply invested in the next generation of leaders, serving as an active mentor to program alumni and sharing her expertise with institutions that support aspiring entrepreneurs.

Veronica combines this passion for youth development with deep operational experience in legal, finance, and technology sectors.  As a Board Member, she applies the same systems-thinking used in venture funds to ensure that SBIF’s resources are maximized to help young people transform their communities.
