Our Changemakers are committed to authentically leveraging their experiences to achieve their vision for positive social impact. They understand that to realize that vision, it takes people like us: a network ready and equipped to build with them.

We provide grassroots support for Changemakers with the fewest resources but the most potential.
Uplifting whole communities begins with uplifting the right individuals. Our Changemakers are purposeful, strategic, and collaborative. They value empathy, compassion, self-growth, and, when needed, decisiveness.
By collaborating with established organizations that attract, vet, and train these people, we are able to efficiently identify the best and brightest in the US and around the world. These Changemakers go on to create initiatives that focus on mental health, women's and human rights, climate challenges, education, access to health care and many other critical issues that define our tomorrow.

Our Origin Story
From his early days as a “Big Brother” mentor, to his career as a coach for entrepreneurs and their leadership teams, Soundboard Impact Foundation founder, Richard Magid, has empowered early-stage leaders to reach their fullest potential. Richard has spent decades collaborating with established organizations that develop changemakers in the US and around the world. Inspired by the impact of this work, Richard became passionate about bringing others into the practice of high-impact, heart-centered giving.
