A Soundboard Changemaker is a force of nature.
Purposeful, strategic and collaborative. We partner with established organizations that attract, vet and train them, so we can find the best and brightest in the U.S. and around the world.

Our origin story
It started with one mentor and one young person.
From his early days as a "Big Brother" mentor to his career coaching entrepreneurs and their leadership teams, founder Richard Magid has spent decades helping early-stage leaders reach their full potential. Inspired by that work, he set out to bring others into the practice of high-impact, heart-centered giving.
